IntelliJ personal, a JDG i VAT

Z tego co wiem, IntelliJ kupując na firmę, nie płacimy VAT.
Zastanawiam się, czy kupując wersję personal, mogę wrzucić to na firmę, na stronie jest informacja, że chyba jednak nie:

A Personal license is an option for private individuals who purchase a license with their own funds, and solely for their own use. Personal licenses are not to be purchased, refunded or in any way financed by companies.

Czy ktoś już rozważał zakup personal license i wrzucił to w koszty posiadając JDG bez pracowników?

Co roku biorę.
W Personal chodzi o to, aby w nazwie JDG było imię i nazwisko (oprócz nazwy firmy) + musisz mieć VAT EU.

Też biorę od nich personal na firmę. Co prawda php storm ale licki są te same.
